Carmen Electra has denied she is dating Jamie Foxx.The former 'Baywatch' actress has rubbished rumors she got cozy with the Oscar-winning actor at Hollywood's Element club last Saturday (22.07.06), and insists she was in fact with her estranged husband Dave Navarro.

The couple recently announced they were "amicably separating" but have continued living together.

Electra insists she was watching television with Navarro in their martial home on the night in question.

She is quoted by America's People magazine as saying: "Dave thinks it's funny, but I'm upset because there's not one ounce of truth to it."

Electra and Navarro wed three years ago in a ceremony filmed by MTV for hit reality series ''Til Death Do Us Part: Carmen and Dave'.

Rumors of a blossoming romance between Electra and Foxx were sparked started after witnesses said they saw them arrive arm-in-arm to a Gnarls Barkley concert last weekend.

One onlooker said: "Jamie's arm was around Carmen more than once and whispers were exchanged several times.

"No one saw them kissing, but they left together out the back. It seemed like they were out on a date."

The credit card comes in two designs and instead of air miles, cardholders can win the chance to spend a day with the stunning brunette.

Every time they proudly use their Carmen-adorned plastic, customers will be entered in a prize draw to win merchandise autographed by the actress, with the top prize being a date with her.

The card is a prepaid credit card, so money has to be put onto it before it can be used.
