One of the biggest automobile companies in China has announced major changes in its top management, National Business Daily reported on Tuesday.

China FAW Group Corporation said Hu Yong will now serve as assistant general manager, previously he was vice general manager at commercial department at FAW-Volkswagen Automobile Co. Ltd and general manager at FAW-VW Sales Co Ltd.

Hu Hanjie, former general manager at Jilin-FAW Automobile Co Ltd, who will take over Hu Yong's previous position, will also serve as vice general manager at commercial department at FAW-Volkswagen Automobile Co. Ltd and general manager at FAW-VW Sales Co Ltd.

Tian Congming, former general manager at FAW Toyota Motor Sales Co, becomes general manager at Tianjin-FAW, switching position with previous executive vice president Jiang Jun, who will take over as general manager at FAW Toyota Motor Sales Co.

After he takes over as assistant general manager at FAW Group Corporation, Hu Yong will be primarily responsible for coordinating with the Volkswagen Group.
