Samsung ranks top in customer satisfaction with fitness bands, according to a recent report by J.D. Power, a global market research company.

Samsung's fitness bands perform particularly well in comfort, reliability and ease of use, the J.D. Power 2016 Fitness Band Device Satisfaction Report showed.

Garmin ranks second, performing well in customer service, ease of use, strength/durability and reliability.

The report, released together with J.D. Power 2016 Smartwatch Device Satisfaction Report, measures overall satisfaction with fitness band trackers among customers who purchased a fitness band device within the past 12 months.
