As illustrated with example by Cai Fang, CASS-RDI has generated fruitful results in the first Xinjiang Karamay Forum of this August. The 2015 Xingjiang Karamay Forum 2015 has adopted The Declaration of Karamay, and witnessed the signing of 20 MOUs, with a total value of RMB 10.35 billion. We believe that, through the principle of "wide consultation, joint contribution, and shared benefits", with the opportunity of this international training course, particularly with the communication and cooperation among the enterprises, the 2016 Xingjiang Karamay Forum will bear greater results.

Cai Fang addressed that the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences is the leading research institute of China in philosophy and social sciences. As a globally renowned and the largest national think tank in China, it seeks to provides service for "One Belt and One Road" initiative. We would like to further strengthen communication and cooperation with other institutes of humanities and social sciences research in the countries involved in "One Belt and One Road" initiative, and to strengthen the cooperation with relevant institutes in the countries and districts along "One Belt One Road", and to jointly serve the development of China-Pakistan economic corridor, and to contribute obligatorily to the promising future of countries and people along the route.
