HONG KONG -- Hong Kong stocks fell 33.78 points, or 0.16 percent, to close at 21,228.28 on Tuesday.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index traded between 21,478.00 and 21,213.12. Turnover totaled HK$48.52 billion (about $6.26 billion), compared with Monday's HK$46.25 billion.
