Dell holds Board of Directors meeting in Shanghai. It is the first time Dell to hold the meeting outside the United States. Michael Dell, the founder, Chairman and CEO of Dell attended the meeting. In the Gala Dinner, Michael Dell has mentioned that China plays a crucial role in Dell's global business development.
