Global leading professional services firm Aon Hewitt recently announced its 2017 Best Employers in China award, with 14 companies winning the title this year.

Compared to the market average, the best employers have a 22 percent lower rate of staff turnover. Their employee loyalty is 13 percent higher than average and profit margin 28 percent more.
