Tangshan Railway Vehicle Co Ltd, a subsidiary of CNR, in Tangshan of Hebei province, China, is one of major assembling plant of CNR. The TRC evolved from the Tangshan Locomotive and Rolling Stock Works which was founded in 1881 as the first railway factory in China.
