The Guiyang comprehensive bonded zone in Southwest China's Guizhou province signed cooperation agreements with enterprises from Switzerland on Thursday.

Chen Gang, Party chief of Guiyang, said the city's ecological environment is similar to Switzerland, which lures enterprises of high technology, modern manufacturing and modern service to invest.

"The cooperation between Guiyang and Switzerland is promising," Chen said.

Guiyang is building a 1.21 square-kilometer demonstration park in the city's comprehensive bonded zone for China-Switzerland trade cooperation.

The China and Switzerland commodity exhibition center in the demonstration park will be completed in July, and it will be open to the public during this year's Eco-Forum Guiyang.
