Chinese banks report lower bad loan ratio

Chinese commercial banks saw their bad loan ratio decline to 1.6 percent by the end of November, China Banking Association said Wednesday in a statement on its Website.

Capital adequacy ratio of these banks stood at above 10 percent by the end of November and provision coverage ratio was 151 percent, the statement said.
