New city established in Xinjiang

URUMQI -- The people's government of Northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region on Friday announced the establishment of Caohu city.
The establishment of the county-level city, which is directly administered by the autonomous region, has been approved by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council.
The seat of the city government is Caohu township.
