Adrian Cheng Chi-kong, a member of the 14th National Committee of the CPPCC, told China Daily that, as this year marks the first year of the national 15th Five-Year Plan — which is expected to bring more innovative industry talent to Hong Kong — he believes platforms should be built for exchange, integration, and mutual learning between these professionals from all walks of life.
