Hubei fireworks explosion kills 12

An explosion at a fireworks store in Hubei province Wednesday afternoon has resulted in at least 12 deaths, Xinhua News Agency is reporting.
The incident occurred in Yicheng, Xiangyang, at around 2 pm, causing significant damage, with a fire spreading across approximately 50 square meters.
The cause of the explosion is under investigation, according to local authorities.
