As a key channel connecting the governmental departments with residents, the system has streamlined problem-solving processes to address urgent needs efficiently.
According to local officials, in 2025 alone, Xiaoguan Street resolved over 6,700 public appeals, ranging from daily livelihood issues to community facility improvements, significantly boosting residents' sense of happiness and fulfillment.
