"China has pioneered a successful pathway in addressing climate change through technology," Kitta said. "This remarkable achievement serves as an exemplary model for other countries."
Kitta described the United States' and the EU's decision to impose tariffs on Chinese new energy products as "not a good move".
"To advance green transition and achieve carbon neutrality, it is essential to collaborate with companies and countries that are leading in green technologies," he said. "If the EU is not able to produce solar panels efficiently and competitively, it has to buy them from elsewhere."
