To enhance the experience for transit and overnight passengers, the Shanghai Pudong International Airport has introduced a range of services including resting cabins, shower rooms, and overnight rest areas, aiming to transform the airport into an ideal destination for global travelers. In the departure waiting areas, 30 resting cabins are equipped. The cabin has a lie-flat sofa, adjustable lighting and UV sterilization every two hours. Tiered prices include 35 yuan/30mins, 65 yuan/60mins and 185 yuan/180mins, catering to diverse needs.
The airport also offers 24-hour shower facilities that are free of charge for transit passengers.
