Indian geopolitical analyst and writer S.L. Kanthan praised China's efforts in preserving Tibetan culture, saying the country has done "a great job." He made the remarks during a visit to the Xizang autonomous region on Thursday, as part of a delegation of foreign media and think tank representatives.
