Shanghai museum displays ancient civilization of Hongshan Culture

The Shanghai Museum East is running a new exhibition, Legends of Dragon, the Ancient Civilization of Hongshan Culture, from Thursday. Hongshan Culture is an important Neolithic archaeological culture in northern China, dating back between 6,500 and 5,000 years. The exhibition brings together more than 300 artifacts from 20 museums and institutions around China to showcase findings from the archaeological exploration of Hongshan Culture over the last century.
