Sushi Yotsuba, a trailblazer in Beijing's fine dining scene, marks its 20th anniversary this year with a special celebration to commemorate this milestone. The restaurant has unveiled an exclusive kaiseki menu, carefully crafted by its head chef.
Since opening its first restaurant in Xinyuanli, Chaoyang district in 2004, the renowned establishment has introduced authentic high-end Japanese sushi to the capital, helping to redefine the city's sushi culture and popularizing traditional Nigiri and bluefin tuna.
