This analysis aims to provide strong support for improving the power supply service quality for new energy vehicle users through big data means.

New energy vehicles, as an important force in promoting green and low-carbon development in the transportation sector, need to further strengthen promotion efforts in order to significantly increase their share in the transportation field. Meanwhile, as the key infrastructure for the popularization of NEVs, the construction of charging piles should match the pace of the promotion of NEVs and follow the principles of "moderate advancement and adaptation to local conditions" to ensure the sustainable and healthy development of the electric vehicle industry. Therefore, the State Grid Shizuishan Power Supply Company has given full play to the advantages of big data technology and applied advanced methods such as data analysis, mathematical statistics and machine learning to conduct a comprehensive and in-depth analysis from multiple dimensions, including the basic situation of charging facilities, the behavior of charging users and the utilization of facilities, so as to provide a decision-making basis for formulating a more scientific and reasonable construction plan for charging facilities.

The analysis results show that Dawukou district has the largest number of charging facilities, followed by Pingluo county, while Huinong district has the least. Meanwhile, the electricity consumption of charging facilities in Shizuishan city as a whole is on an upward trend, and charging is mainly concentrated during the off-peak hours, with the proportion of electricity consumption accounting for approximately 50 percent and 60 percent respectively.

Next, the State Grid Shizuishan Power Supply Company will continue to give play to the role of big data monitoring and analysis, closely combine it with characteristics such as the load and economy in the Shizuishan region, optimize and integrate data analysis models, assist the government in continuously tracking the local economic development situation and better serve the local economic development.
