Recently, the State Grid Henan Electric Power Company DC Center successfully completed the centralized maintenance and commissioning tasks of four ultra-high voltage stations in Henan province, with a total of 10,595 equipment repaired, 20 technical transformation projects implemented and 273 defects eliminated.

This year's annual inspection of the four ultra-high voltage stations is divided into two stages: spring and autumn, with the autumn maintenance lasting 48 days. In response to the difficulties of overlapping maintenance times, short transition times, heavy maintenance tasks and a large number of equipment modifications between ultra-high voltage direct current stations and alternating current stations this year, the State Grid Henan DC Center has advanced planning, improved standards and meticulously carried out on-site safety risk control to effectively ensure the safe and orderly progress of maintenance.

In terms of organizational coordination, the DC center has deepened the application of the "1+4+N" organizational system, where team members are assigned to the station, stationed for command, management, supervision and inspection personnel are accurately assigned. The implementation, guarantee, emergency response and other work processes are smooth, cross operation is parallel and orderly, the process connection is safe and compact and the maintenance of each station is completed on time.

In response to the severe and complex safety production situation, the State Grid Henan DC Center strictly controls on-site operation risks, establishing a "remote+on-site+station+special" safety supervision system and solidly carries out the "anti three violations and elimination of five harms" action. All maintenance sites at each station have achieved "zero violations".

In order to improve the quality of maintenance, the State Grid Henan DC Center continuously strengthens the control of the maintenance process, strictly implements the on-site operating system of "organizational plan+special plan+standardized operation guidance card", and prepared 142 operation plans and 3235 standardized operation guidance cards in advance. The acceptance status of key process procedures and other processes is recorded item by item, achieving successful one-time power transmission of equipment.

After the centralized maintenance of the State Grid Henan DC Center, the stable operation level of the Henan power grid was further improved, laying a solid foundation for power supply during this winter season and next spring.
