Chinese traditional sports such as dragon and lion dances are disciplines at the second Traditional Sports International Festival in Kunming, Yunnan province. The event attracted 723 athletes and performers from 27 countries and regions over the past five days. PROVIDED TO CHINA DAILY

Zhang Xiaojing, deputy director of the Yunnan Provincial Sports Bureau, emphasized the significance of this year's addition of dragon and lion dance competitions.
