On Oct 7, Cui Lele and Ping Yuan, staff members of the distribution operation and inspection center of State Grid Jiaozuo Power Supply Company, carried out a special patrol in the cable tunnel of the 110 kV Yucun substation. It was their meticulous work attitude that ensured safe and stable operation of the power grid during the National Day holiday.

In order to ensure safe and stable operation and reliable power supply of the power grid during the holiday, State Grid Jiaozuo Power Supply Company established a power supply guarantee working group, formulated a power supply guarantee work plan, focused on power supply services and supply guarantee measures for the weak links in the operation of the power grid, tailored differentiated supply guarantee plans, scientifically formulated power grid operation methods, clarified the key tasks, work goals, time nodes and progress plans of personnel at all levels at each stage, and ensured that the power supply guarantee work was carried out in order.

In addition, the State Grid Jiaozuo Power Supply Company has continuously strengthened the power supply guarantee for people's livelihood and optimized the power supply service measures. It focuses on the power supply guarantee for important users approved by the government, such as government agencies, news media, high-speed railways, information and communications, hospitals, hazardous chemicals, and crowded places such as shopping malls and hotels. The power supply account manager maintains 24-hour communication, understands the customer's power consumption information at the first time, strengthens the power supply service duty, keeps the power supply service hotline open, and ensures timely response to customer demands.

According to statistics, during the holiday, State Grid Jiaozuo Power Supply Company dispatched more than 300 power supply protection personnel, 87 emergency repair vehicles, 12 emergency repair teams, more than 70 emergency repair personnel, 10 emergency power generation vehicles, and 57 emergency generators. Power supply protection personnel were on standby 24 hours a day to provide strong power guarantee for the people to have a happy National Day.
