New quality productivity is an inherent requirement and a key focus for promoting high-quality development. Recently, at the 330kV substation of Jinchang Power Supply Company of State Grid, staff members initiated the autonomous inspection mode of intelligent inspection robots by utilizing new technologies such as drones and intelligent inspection robots, thereby contributing technological strength to ensuring safety and power supply.

"We are currently conducting the final debugging of the inspection robot. It is anticipated that during October, the prime season for autumn inspections, our new intelligent inspection robot partner will be able to join the campaign to prepare for the summer peak season," said a staff member involved in the robot debugging. The intelligent inspection system at the substation comprises intelligent inspection robots, high-definition cameras, and other equipment.

Leveraging image recognition technology, it achieves comprehensive coverage of equipment inspections within the substation. Based on actual site requirements, corresponding inspection tasks are assigned to accomplish autonomous inspections of substation equipment. The system possesses capabilities for proactive identification of equipment defects and swift localization of anomalies, progressively substituting manual inspections with machine inspections, thereby enhancing inspection efficiency and quality. Inside the substation, a blue intelligent inspection robot emerged from the rolling shutter door, deftly navigating the inspection path, carrying out tasks like infrared temperature measurement and visible light inspections of the station's equipment.

Currently, the intelligent inspection robot has reached the final debugging stage. The company will persist in exploration and experimentation, facilitating the evolution of substation operation and maintenance management toward automation and intelligence. It will vigorously advance scientific and technological innovation, providing support for the establishment of a modern economic system and achieving high-quality development.
