Symposium offers opportunity to foster collaboration, explore global markets
The 2024 Mainland-Hong Kong Trade in Services Symposium opened on Wednesday, during the 9th Belt and Road Summit in Hong Kong.
At the event, industry leaders exchanged views on emerging technologies and collaboration opportunities in information and communications technology, autonomous driving, digital technologies, and financial services.
Themed China Service for the Global Market, the symposium featured a special exhibition zone for trade in services sector. More than 50 companies from eight provinces showcased innovations in areas including green development, cross-border e-commerce, and big data.
Nearly 400 representatives from government, industrial associations, and domestic and international companies attended the event in the hope of fostering collaboration and exploring new global markets.
