Thanks to the three-step design, loading and 3D printing process, each house can be built in just a week. The advanced design and construction technology represent an upgrade to rural housing development and the construction industry in general.

Energy-saving elements are integrated throughout the project. Rooftop photovoltaic panels connect to a heat collection water tank placed in the equipment interlayer below the split roof, eliminating the need for additional pressure pump sets and reducing the impact on the building's aesthetics.

The project team is currently developing an agricultural park and areas for fishing, woodcutting, farming, reading, landscaping and fruit tree planting. Other tasks include land leveling, farmland slope protection, soil fertility conservation and building irrigation and drainage ditches and roads.
