The Chinese division of the Universal Music Group and TF Entertainment, the influential force behind China's idol sensations TFBOYS and Teens In Times, have unveiled a new strategic agreement aimed at global digital distribution for TF Entertainment's talent.

This collaboration is poised to leverage Universal Music Group's global distribution capabilities and marketing network, further amplifying the prominence of Chinese pop music on the international stage.

Since its establishment in 2009, TF Entertainment has been a trailblazer in China's pop culture landscape, introducing the trainee system to foster idol groups. This pioneering approach led to the formation of the TF Family, under which several groups have thrived, with TFBOYS and Teens In Times emerging as the most successful to date.

Timothy Xu, chairman and chief executive officer of the Chinese division of the Universal Music Group, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, emphasizing its potential to showcase iconic Chinese pop groups like TFBOYS and Teens In Times to global audiences.
