Liaoning will strive to create a fertile atmosphere for revitalization and development, said Hu Yuting, deputy Party chief of the Liaoning Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China at a media conference on Tuesday afternoon.

The conference was held during the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.

"It will feature a good business environment, strong innovation ability, excellent regional pattern, beautiful ecological environment, great openness and vitality, and happiness," said Hu, who is also Dalian's Party chief.

"Liaoning has made solid strides in its revitalization and development. We will play a bigger role in revitalizing Northeast China in the new era," he said.

According to Hu, all the 64 delegates from Liaoning who are attending the Party's 20th National Congress studied and warmly discussed the report delivered to the congress on Sunday and fully endorse and support the report.

"We felt that the report is the political proclamation for building China into a great modern socialist country in all respects as well as the action plan to advance the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation on all fronts through a Chinese path to modernization," said Hu.

Liaoning is a major province for industries as well as science and technology. Many delegates are from the frontline of scientific research and manufacturing enterprises.

"When they talked about invigorating China through science and education and developing a modernized industrial system, they were excited that they can contribute as well," said Hu.

According to Hu, the delegates expressed their willingness to take greater responsibility and act in the revitalization of Northeast China in the new era and contribute to building China into a great modern socialist country.
