An immersive show of style, theatrics kicks off festival

An immersive show featuring theater and fashion as well as Romance of China kicked off on Oct 8 at CSSC Pavilion in Shanghai, to open the 12th Labelhood Pioneer Fashion and Art Festival.
Led by photographer Zhang Jiacheng and four original domestic fashion brands -- Yirantian, Nomanoman, Shushu/Tong and Yueqi Qi -- the show expressed the aesthetics and love of different eras in China through fashion design and photography.
The show involved four parts: the chorus Edelweiss, pre-competition training for the women's volleyball team, drama Secret Love in Peach Blossom Land, and excerpts of the Kun Opera Dream. Performances took place while the exclusive co-branded collections of each fashion brand with Labelhood were displayed to the audience.
