Chinese mainland reports 10 new imported COVID-19 cases

BEIJING -- A total of 10 new imported COVID-19 cases were reported on the Chinese mainland Tuesday, bringing the total imported cases to 4,745.
Four imported cases were newly reported in Shanghai, two each in Guangdong and Sichuan, and one each in Jiangsu and Shaanxi, the National Health Commission said in its daily report Wednesday.
Among all the imported cases, 4,433 had been discharged from hospitals after recovery while 312 remained hospitalized, the commission said.
No deaths had been reported among the imported cases.
