Criminal cases down in 2020 in China

BEIJING -- The number of criminal cases filed in China in 2020 went down by 1.8 percent year on year, according to official figures.
At the same time, public security agencies across the country cracked 322,000 telecom fraud cases, up by 60.8 percent year on year, showed figures from a national meeting of the department- and bureau-level officials of public security authorities.
