Move to deliberate LegCo's future 'timely' and 'justified'

Rita Fan Hsu Lai-tai, a former president of the Hong Kong Legislative Council, said the nation's top legislative body's decision to deliberate LegCo's operations now was timely and justified as LegCo's election has been postponed for a year.
In a four-day meeting that started Saturday, the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress will decide how to handle the legal vacuum created by the delay.
