Chinese automaker Geely's sales in July up 15% on 2019

BEIJING -- Chinese automaker Geely Automobile Holdings Limited on Thursday reported a year-on-year sales increase for July.
The company sold 105,218 units last month, up about 15 percent year on year. Of the total, 6,401 units were new-energy vehicles.
In the first seven months of the year, Geely sold a total of 635,000 units, down 14 percent from the same period last year.
The figure accounted for around 45 percent of its full-year sales target, the company said.
