Now the city is doing well in both aspects. Tan said Dalian will continue to build an international, market-oriented and convenient business environment, and act as a good "Dianxiaoer", or waiter, to the projects and enterprises to provide a first-class environment for entrepreneurs to invest, start businesses and do business smoothly in Dalian.

About 600 people, including Pan Shuang, vice-director of the Liaoning provincial Department of Commerce, Jin Guowei, vice-mayor of Dalian, and Yi Qingtao, secretary-general of Dalian municipal government, attended the event.
