Ministry: Unreliable entities list not specific to anyone

China's list of "unreliable entities" is not specific to any sectors, enterprises or individuals, said Gao Feng, spokesperson for the Ministry of Commerce, at a news conference on Thursday.
The system for the unreliable entity list is currently undergoing necessary procedures and will be published shortly, Gao said.
The establishment of the system is a reference to international practices, and the implementation process will protect the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises.
Companies that abide by Chinese law and the spirit of contracts have nothing to worry about, the spokesman added.
