Huawei overtakes Apple in shipments
Chinese technology company Huawei overtook Apple to become the world's second-largest smartphone vendor in the second and third quarters last year, according to research firm IDC. Huawei shipped over 200 million smartphones (including the brand Honor) in 2018, the company said on Dec 25.
