Huawei Investment & Holding Co Ltd, Alibaba Group and Haier Group netted the top three positions as the best Chinese employers this year, according to a list jointly released by Fortune China and risk management consultancy Willis Towers Watson.

The list is based on a survey of 334 companies, which were top 500 Chinese companies, Chinese companies among the world's top 500, or well-known Chinese companies.

Some 31,000 analysts, senior executives or managers were invited to participate in the survey, which evaluated nine aspects, such as brand, working environment, management style, career development, innovation and social responsibility.
