China says Interpol issued 'red notice' for Guo Wengui

BEIJING -- A Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson said on Wednesday that Interpol had issued a "red notice" for criminal suspect Guo Wengui.
Spokesman Lu Kang made the remarks in response to a question at the ministry's routine press briefing.
