"China's banks and financial sector are healthy, but there are vulnerabilities that should be addressed by the authorities."

Jonathan Fiechter, deputy director of the International Monetary Fund's monetary and capital markets department, announcing the first formal evaluation report of China's financial system.

"The US government should not hurt the development of the global clean-energy industry in order to protect a few US companies' benefits."
